Platinum $2000 – includes:

a vendor table at both conferences, expanded recognition in conference program, meals for up to 6 at both conferences and LogSafe days, and recognition in conference marketing materials.

Gold $1,500 – includes:

a vendor table at both conferences, recognition in the conference program, and meals for up to 4 at both conferences and LogSafe days.

Silver $1000 – includes:

a vendor table at both conferences, recognition in the conference program, and meals for up to 4 at both conferences and LogSafe days.

Bronze $750 – includes:

a vendor table at both conferences, recognition in the conference program, and meals for up to 2 at both conferences and LogSafe days.

Vendor table only: $500

 vendor table at both conferences and meals for up to 2 at both conferences and LogSafe days.

Unable to register for the conference at member rates?

A primary contact for your company must renew your MLEP membership. This can be done online here or via phone to 218-879-5633. If you are a primary contact but need site permissions contact us at info@mlep.org or 218-879.5633 

Confirming/Registering your attendees (Changed process from 2024)

1. Register attendees for Virginia (4/15) here
2. Register attendees for Bemidji (4/29) here
3. Attendee registrations for LogSafe on 4/16 and/or 4/30 are only required if you have someone who wants to attend for LogSafe Certification. If you are staying over to visit with loggers but not attend the course, then no need to register. 

General Notes for registering for MLEP sponsorships, events, workshops or courses.

• Primary contact(s) with MLEP IDs have the ability to register anyone who is affiliated with your company (use the "select from roster link)
• You can add others who are not in the MLEP database by using the "Add to Roster" link.
• Individual company representatives with active MLEP IDs, who are affiliated with your entity can register themselves.
• Someone not showing on your roster, but you are sure they should have a profile with MLEP?

• Add a fresh profile and notify us at info@mlep.org to ask us to merge any duplicate profiles

Don't have the ability to manage your company, but know that your company is affiliated with MLEP?
